Returns
We think you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please e mail in the first instance to let us know why you wish to return your items. Returns should be sent to us within 7 days of receipt and at your own cost. Full refunds will be given less the postage costs after receiving the item and checking that the condition is as it was when sent out along with the original gift box/pouch if it came with one. Returns cannot be accepted for earrings for hygeine reasons. No responsibility is accepted for loss of items on return and for this reason we strongly reccommend that you post recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting. |
